After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

Incorrect billing or delivery information has been provided.
We identify an obvious pricing or product information error.
We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded using the original payment method.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Orders may be subject to payment verification and fraud-prevention checks.

7. Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Once dispatched, standard delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom typically takes approximately 4–7 business days.

This means that most orders should normally arrive within approximately 5–10 business days from the date the order is placed, although delivery times may vary.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, unusually high order volumes or other transportation disruptions.

Where applicable, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

8. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you.

STRIVN is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer. However, we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve delivery issues.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.

9. Cancellations & Returns

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the UK, you may have a legal right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

If you exercise a statutory cancellation right, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned products should be handled with reasonable care and returned in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Certain products may be excluded from cancellation or return rights where permitted by law, including certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

We want every STRIVN order to arrive as expected.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order details.

Where required under applicable UK consumer law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

11. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes:

Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cannot normally be combined with other promotional codes.
Must be used within any specified promotional period.
May be limited to selected products or collections.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions where reasonably necessary, provided this does not affect orders already accepted.
